Brytnie & Kallie's Message To Their Dad

Brytnie & Kallie have been in Idaho for several weeks now and it has hailed three times! Kallie said she wanted to see snow so we can blame it on her. It has also rained every day they have been here so far. Very unusual spring/summer for Idaho Falls area. They wanted to send a special message to their Dad in Arizona for Father's Day, but of course, the rain and wind had to show up when we recorded this. So, here is their message, with a bit of Idaho thrown in too.

Video of Nathan

I am going to attempt to upload a video I took of Nathan on Mother's Day weekend. I already tried to make it a private video on YouTube but didn't have luck. So, this is Nathan and Ryan and Heather (and I hope it is ok to post this - if not guys, let me know). So cute!

Welcome Nathan Carl Bartron!

Our newest grandbaby was born on April 2nd to Ryan and Heather who live in Bountiful, Utah. We went to visit when he was 3 days old and got some pictures with both sets of grandparents. Nathan is a good combination of his parents but seems to have inherited the "Bartron Scowl". We are excited that they are only about 3 hours away and hope to get to know Nathan well before they all move away in the Fall. Ryan will be going to grad school somewhere - will update that later. Here are some of the pics we took on the way to Bountiful and while there.

Mesa Family Fun!

Avery Thomas Smith - our latest grandchild. Avery is number 5!! He is adorable!

Bob, Jennifer and Pat spent several days with Dan and Janelle in Mesa. We took two family pictures, but this was the best one. As you can see, Jarin had something going on and the tension was building. We only got to take two pictures and the one after this shows a miserable Jarin after being slapped loudly by his sister. After that, the opportunity was over and we got what we got in terms of pictures. But, at least we got a picture, which is hard to do considering we were trying to get 8 kids and 5 adults to be "picture perfect". The odds were against us!!!
